Terms and Conditions

1. Suitable barbless hooks only (available from the tackle shop)
2. No nut baits.
3. Random rig/bait checks will be carried out.
4. Pre dipped, suitable sized landing nets are mandatory (available to hire from the tackle shop)
5. Unhooking mats must be used at all times.
6. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.
7. Keep lines/baits within your designated swim - halfway rule applies on this fishery,
8. Able bodied anglers must give way to disabled anglers on designated disabled pegs.
9. Parking adjacent to the top lake is for blue badge holders only.
10. No baited rods to be left unattended.
11. No dogs/pets unless accompanying paying anglers.
12. No alcohol/drugs to be consumed on the property.
13. Leave no rubbish - use the bins/skips provided.
14. No fishing behind the blue rope on the bottom carp lake.
15. The use of klinik antiseptic is mandatory on all specimen fish (available to buy at the tackle shop or from the bailiff)
16. Keep noise at a minimum - rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated.
17. Respect your fellow anglers and the environment.
18. Only anglers in pegs 1, 2, 9 and 10 are allowed to fish the islands on the carp lake (bottom).
19. Vehicles left at owners risk.
20. Town Parks limited accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to personal property.
21. Be aware of the location and safety equipment/lifebelts etc.
22. Access to public designated areas only.
23. No live/dead baits.
24. Maximum hook size 8 top lake, 5 bottom lake.
25. Top Match lake 2 rods maximum, Bottom Specimen lake 3 rods maximum.
26. Failure to comply with these rules will result in expulsion from this fishery.
